In 1994, Apostle Dr. Sandra Powell the Pow Wow Christian Teaching Conference. Her passion for giving up and coming men and women in the primary season of their their ministry calling, an opportunity to use their gifts has become a gathering of believers and ministry leaders representing several states across the U.S. 

 

She has dedicated her life to serving others, including as pastor of the Soul Care Full Gospel Outreach Ministries located in Commerce City, Colorado.  She is known for her inspiration to nurture spiritual growth and ministry training for members of the faith community throughout the Denver Metro area.

 

As founder, she also serves as a member of the Conference Apostolic Team. Her wisdom and insight continue to be an important asset to the ministry as it strives to move forward.
