Apostle Del Phillips

The mantle to assume the leadership of the
Pow Wow Teaching Conference was bestowed upon Apostle Del, when the conference convened in Cabo San Luca, Mexico in 2024.

Apostle Sandra and the late Apostle Lawrence Powell both sought God's counsel before selecting  him for the assignment.  In the spirit and legacy of their combined leadership, Apostle Del Phillips continues to oversee the vision that began more than thirty years ago.
